They value you as a customer & their service is top notch. My experiences with them as a customer & vendor over the years has been unequivocally positive. They are not just people I do business with. They have become like extended family. If you are a retailer & not buying from Europa you are not optimizing your business with regards to SKU availability & pricing. End of story. The point of contact i have is very pleasant and really tries to help me but this company is sadly so corrupt and attempts to cover up their messes with what i believe to be non truthful answers. I am currently looking for a new vendor for my products and cannot work with a company with such deceitful practices."
