"Last friday afternoon, I had an illegally parked vehicle in front of the entrance of a property i managed preventing people from parking their car in the lot. I don't think i've ever spoken to a nicer person and the customer service was just on point. They were at the property quickly and now the board of the building want to use them for their services moving forward. I've dealt with headache tows in the bronx but this was a breath of fresh air. FYI if anyone ever encounters this type of situation, first call NYPD to have the vehicle ticketed then call Unstoppable to have it towed."
