"I’ve had my car repaired here three times over the course of three years. All my experiences were nothing but positive. My first two repairs were for minor damage to my rear bumper and fender. My third repair was a big one. I was the victim of a hit and run. There was about 9k worth of damage and an estimated 12-13 days of work. All of my repairs were done on time. Mike and Allison took care of my deductible every single time!! The customer service has always been and continues to be outstanding. The paint job done on my car is amazing. They cleaned and polished my car, down to my rims. It looks like I just bought my car from the dealership. I highly recommend bringing your car to personal touch. "ATTTENTION TRI STATE AREA OR ANYONE THINKING TO TAKE THEIR CAR TO THIS BODY SHOP PLEASE DON’T!!!!!!! They act nice to lure you in but they are not.Took my car here to have the door fixed after it was hit while parked.They are extremely overpriced and they try to charge your insurance for unnecessary work. After fixing the paint job was horrible there are bubbles in the paint and the paint is runny.The owner Mike is very rude and condescending and he is a bully.He’s very good at talking down to people and disrespectful .Not to mention the Jamaican woman Allison she abandoned her principle for a few dollars.The Better Business Bureau needs to look into to place they need to be close down. 40 years of conning people I will be out here running a campaign against this place. They only got 1 star because I couldn’t give ZERO star."

"Rushed body work and paint job, Bad customer service and horrible management. Please read ALL comments and reviews prior to bringing your car to this shop for repair. I paid over $18,000 for a 1981 Camaro restoration which was originally quoted at 9k. My car was returned with puddles of water inside, damaged glass and the side view mirror was missing. To this day the shop refuses to honor appointments, finish the job, or accept telephone calls. Business practices were utterly UNPROFESSIONAL. Shop owner Mike not only refused to work with the customer to fix his unsatisfactory work, when I expressed I was dissatisfied with the customer service he explained to me that was my fault and that his shop does not “jump for cars”. Please learn from the mistakes of others and do not do business with Personal Touch Autobody."

"Unprofessional, Sloppy Work I would never recommend anyone to them. They are not trustworthy they ripe you off. look at other alternative before you allow these unqualified people to work on your car. They over charge you and are liars. They with give you after-market parts on your car beware of they conniving ways. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!! Who repair a light and get paid to have water gets in it when it rain. Unprofessional."
