"Their service was done in a timely manner however, whoever was working on my car stripped 4 of the studs on the rear wheels. Hard to believe that something as simple as screwing on a lug nut would be too much to manage. I took it to another Subaru and even with them cutting me a deal it was a 400$ fix. I’m greatly disappointed and will not be returning."

"Very trustworthy. They aren’t super cheap but reasonable and the service quality is by far better than many of the cheap many shady mechanics. Normally when my car gets in trouble or urgent care, i go to local mechanics, but then when I have time, I try to follow up by bringing my car here so they can have proper look and fix properly. A lot of the time I find the urgent fix by local mechanics have some type of ‘shortcut’ which could result in bigger problems (fixed flat tire but unbalanced tire pressure or fragile fix etc). Of course this is because I don’t know ‘cheap and trustworthy mechanics that some of you may know. But for me who have tried many mechanics all around Brooklyn, they are by far the best maintenance service I’ve experienced."
