"Have a SUV, went on a sunny Saturday never going back. Pros: quick; a lot of staff. Cons: slow cashier inside, left the car dirty, tax was added, $2 charge for not having a sedan, waste of $14. Granted it was a lot cheaper than most car washes but to have your car come out dirty is infuriating."

"Took my car that I got literally a week ago. Wanted to get salt off of my car and figured I’d stop here to give it a quick rinse. Worst choice I could of made, either one of their workers or machines ended up scratching my front bumper passing the clear coat and paint. Spoke to the supervisor and he completely dismissed the matter even after showing me on camera that I didn’t arrive with the scratch on the bumper. Please avoid if you like your car being treated the way it should."
