I gathered and provide the info and in a matter of minutes got a response back. I was kept in the loop throughout -they provide and update on the tow trucks arrival. Fist Star towing, inc was fast, easy, and patient. I will definitely use their service again."

"I had a horrible experience and the worker named Julien was ok with me speaking on the phone but turned out to be extremely unprofessional. I called for a car tow. He took my address and number and said a driver was going to show up. I asked for a text or call with an ETA. I did not receive any communication. After waiting one hour, I had to call back several times to get through to him again. He told me I would get a call back right away after checking with the driver on his ETA. There was no call back. I called back after another 45 minutes because he never called and no one picked up. A driver never came and Julien never called. No business should commit to providing a service and then go completely dark. Why not just tell the customer no one is available? Why would you just leave someone hanging like that with zero update? Extremely awful experience."
