Despite numerous calls and inquiries about their whereabouts, BMJ Auto Collision and Towing failed to provide any meaningful updates or explanations for their no-show. This lack of communication only added to the frustration and anxiety of an already stressful situation. I strongly advise against relying on BMJ Auto Collision and Towing for any emergency towing or collision assistance, as they have demonstrated a shocking lack of accountability and customer care."
"The service here is disgusting. My car was towed beautifully, but the work done on my car was incomplete. I received much attitude from the workers when I was very patient with the concerns that I had. The young owner gives smart remarks that are uncalled for whenever given a reasonable concern/question. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. I’ve had my car worked in for months just to have to consistently come back to the shop to get it refixed and deal with the bad customer service. The job was also super expensive. I will not be coming back, I’ll rather go to the mechanic I am use to."
