"I took this cab the other nite to city MD I was not feeling well at all the driver a old light skinned man with all white hair became very irate because he didn't know where the place was so he starts screaming at me then says "I HOPE YOU DIE" I've been so upset I haven't been able to sleep thru the nite when I called the dispatch I was told he had the address I've used this car service for over 20 yrs I am so upset especially when I'm already sick and you say something like that to me for no reason yes I went off after he said that and I didn't pay and I'm gonna report him to TLC he's always like this but that remark no I'm not letting that go he shouldn't be driving he's very old and cranky with everybody bad for business I had him in the past and he's always very nasty but I would ignore it but not this time what would possess you to talk to any customer like that"

"The driver had an empty 6 pack of Corona Beer in the back and was eating a burger for the entire ride. I then called the cab service and all they did was hang up on me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

"Called for a cab service last night to preschedule a pick up for the following morning to the hospital. The guy that answered the phone told me it was to early to request a cab he said call at 5 in the morning to get picked up by 5:15 and be to the hospital by 5:30...I call 4:55am this morning to be on the safe side...the man said 8-10 minutes. Ok so 5:15 comes I’m still waiting, I called the cab company and politely ask what’s the status of my car service because I need to make it to the hospital the guy said he’s on the way. 5:25 comes still no ride I call back and I ask to check on my car service again the guy hangs up on me. 5:35 I call back again the guy says hold on let me check I waited on hold for 5 minutes. While on hold I decided to call from another number and the guy answered and when I said yeah it’s still me on hold on the other line he got silent. Needless to say a car didn’t come until 5:50 and I almost missed my grandfather being taken in for surgery if I wasn’t so desperate to get to the hospital I wouldn’t have gotten in the car...but for future service I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!"

"HORRIBLE ! RUDE! And INCONSISTENT !!! I will call and request a car . the dispatcher will say 5-7 mins . BUT ! 20 mins passes by and when I call to ask they say "they are minute away" keep in mind they don't come until minutes after . Now when the driver comes there's no sympathy for being late or nothing . In fact they will have an attitude with you for being upset . Ridiculous. Had one who drove me back to the base because I was sharing my concern and upset with their lateness . Another one cab smelled like straight smoke and mixture of food. I use to like this company because even though they will take years to come they will come where other cab services will have me on hold."
