"Honestly I had the best experience at a dealership when I went to DCH Toyota in Wappingers. I found an option I was interested online and first spoke to Muhammad Ali on the phone. He was polite, consistent, and not pushy in any way. When I went to the dealership I was paired up with Joe Worthington. Joe was fantastic. He wasn't pushy and even though I didn't go with the first car I was interested in he made a point to help me find options in my price range with no pressure.
