"As I stand in Foot Locker coastal Grand I walked up to the counter because out of the 3 people on the floor 1 person (zach) is helping someone the other 2 standing behind the register 1 starting to text the other standing neither one of these 2 people Maxx ( texting) Roxanne just standing no one acknowledged me Zach did manage to acknowledge me and take care of my need, along with helping a few other people out.. so Zach gets 5 stars if the other 2 are Management they get 2 stars for being in uniform."
