"Absolute life-savers. I got T-boned by someone running a red light and had their insurance adjuster try to total my car. Ricky, Susan, Joe, and everyone on the team worked tirelessly to make sure that didn't happen. Both passenger-side doors and the B-pillar connecting them got smashed up badly. They didn't stop at those repairs though - they made sure all inner door components, my tinted windows, and windshield were perfectly refitted, got me a reliable set of tires for under $500 (including labor), and also caught a wheel alignment issue just in time. (They even refilled my gas tank during a test drive!) They check and double-check their work, and kept me and my mom updated every step of the way. Ricky even helped negotiate the out-of-pocket costs that our insurance wouldn't cover, with him and his team being extremely responsive and understanding at all times. I highly recommend them for any accident damage or general repair work, major or minor. Beyond grateful to have been taken under their expert care."
