"I’ve lived here going on 12 years, yes we’ve had numerous of property managers and I will have to say I like the one we have now. Crystal Harris does her job and she definitely tries to get the English Hills Community together for movie nights or other things for the kids. Our maintenance man Alan is good also. I’m a tenant that’s hardly home until night and I will say I love enjoyed my time living here."

"I have lived here approximately 15years now and have seen numerous managers come and go. Crystal Harris is, in my opinion, one of the better managers we have ever had. She is quick to deal with potential problems and generally maintains a quiet and clean environment. The only thing that I feel could use improvement is that Our Office Manager needs an assistant to help with daily management. This property is simply too large for one person to handle with any degree of organization and competency. With that in mind, she does a great job."

"Ive been contemplating writing this review and i was going to hold off but i will have to agree with Sarah. This is very nice property and place to live, however the property manager Crystal is very unprofessional, nosey to those she doesn't like and rude. She makes it hard for us residents to want to live here with here awful attitude and bad energy. Sonya was a much better manager kind and fair. I hope this review helps to replace her with someone more fit for this job so it is a peaceful place to live again"

"Been living here since 2012 and for the past year or so, Sonya Twitty has been the apartment manager. She is not a very nice person at all! She acts like she's really nice but really she's trying to find some kind of way to plot against you and make you look like something you're not. She's very fake! And she always reminds people that she is a preacher's wife! Like who really cares?!"
