He was also very honest with me about the fact that what I needed done, had to be done by the dealership. When he easily could have done the service needed and had me tow my vehicle to the dealership for the computer reset portion."

They are all very friendly and informative, which is welcoming for people who don't know much about issues with their vehicle. Tom the service manager is always willing to help us whenever we come in, and quickly gets our vehicles in so that service appointments don't last all day. Although the office is small, it is plenty comfortable with a large TV to offer entertainment while waiting for your vehicle. I would highly recommend that anyone have their vehicle serviced here rather than other chain locations or dealerships with service centers. My wife and I have had our two Ford vehicles frequently serviced here for almost a year, and we have enjoyed our experience each time!"
