"April 2020 I purchased a new Fith wheel from couchs rv in ohio.when I returned home from the 20hr trip I noticed that my rear wheels were rubbing on the frame supports.i contacted the dealer and they instructed me to reach out to JP rv which was locally near me. I spoke with Paul the owner he came over to inspect my unit. He found that the suspension was too soft thus the rubbing. The dealer sent the parts to JP's and he installed them . The issue hopefully is resolved. Ill know more once I head out for my next trip. Working with Paul was easy and he accommodated me to make the process even easier.
