"We move to Suncrest Village in April 2020 after a vey bad experience at an apt in Johnson City. We are so thankful we found this place. The apts here are well maintained and all the staff we have had contact with have been great. Wolfe Development takes pride in their communities. I must say all the neighbors I have meet here are extremely nice. People get out and walk about neighborhood and stop for friendly conversations. Our apt. is just right for us. We like the fact that it's off the main roadway and a little secluded. Very quiet and feel completely safe here. Landscaping is well maintained as well. I would highly recommend this community."

"We purchased our new home in September of 2017 and we love it. The construction of our home and the finish work was done very well. Of course as like any newly built home there are issues that arise but in this case they have been very few and far between. None of those issues were major and the fixes were simple or the product was deflected which was out of Wolfe's control. "I live in Hillrise Apartments, and I am 100% pleased and happy with my apartment. My apartment is well designed and elegant. It meets my needs perfectly. In fact, it feels like I am living in my own single-family dwelling. There are many pluses. Each room is spacious. Even the kitchen. There's an abundance of closet space. For someone, like me, who has never had a garage, my garage is a major plus. I have a very roomy full bathroom, and I even have a half bathroom. The full bath, of course, serves my bedroom, and the half bath is adjacent to the living room and kitchen and very handy for my visitors. The apartment is easily accessible. In my view, my apartment would serve anyone, no matter the age, but for seniors, like me, the first-floor access and walk-in shower are true blessings. The landscaping is always immaculate, and I don't have to do it. But the best part? The Wolfe-Development team is always available to help me with any issue, no matter how frivolous. They are all very nice and always helpful. Thank you for your welcoming spirit and your support and assistance."
