"My mother just renewed her lease and this year it was a breeze. This manager is great with her residents. They have covid restrictions in place with Masks being required. Mom have been at Villas for numerous years now and this is the first time her renewal increased and was pretty easy. Her 2 bedroom will be raised to $700 which is pricey for 1 bathroom but they are with other seniors and very nice manager and handy man. They don't speak the best english but she make due."

Manager doesn’t know what she is doing one day she tells about available apartments and their price and day she tells you they went up she never returns calls she doesn’t remember from one day to next what lie she told don’t understand why she’s still there they used to have great management don’t know where the four str reviews come from they must be related or personal friends of the manager"

"I really would like to give this 5 stars but, the people in this building is very negative. My MOM is choosing to move because of the women that the Company allow to stay and bully other people. The way that this manager is treated and spoke too and about is outlandish. Now they have made accusations that i have yet to see or my mother. She only resided there a short time and said she prefer to move. The people upstaurs are great and the manager need corporate support because I do not see it."

"This young lady is the most professional person that I have met in the industry. You can't find to many people that help you with other thjings in life and advise on how to proceed. Can't remember her name but she is the lady over the property."

"Moved out after 5.5 years. Originally had a wonderful manager but atmosphere changed dramatically with current manager. Some long term residents are bullies. Heavy double glass doors difficult to use. Charged $200 damage to a 10 year old carpet of no value. Not enough parking spaces."
