"2/5 stars due to management sporadically closing their offices every other week it seems and they notify you the day of via email. The office always seems short staffed. I had to take off 2 stars due to various resident complaints of roaches. Our neighbors mentioned they had roach infestations no matter how clean their unit was. Our unit is spotless but unfortunately this guy paid us a visit. This roach was the size of an adult thumb and sufficient for us not to renew next year ."

The property and views are lovely; however, it is the management and maintenance teams that set this community apart. We know they genuinely care about us as residents because of their attitude and service. They make an effort to know the names and needs of the residents, plan and encourage neighborhood events, and promptly, politely, and effectively handle maintenance requests. The entire staff has made our move to Knoxville very easy. We recommend this community highly."
