"The drivers and dispatcher were extremely helpful and nice the prices were fair in my opinion the cabs were clean the only thing I'd say was the interesting part was the wait time so far I used them 3 times the first time was almost an hour late the second time they came early the third time they were perfectly on time so I'd say it's a mixed bag so far on that front but overall it was a extremely nice experience and would use them again regularly I only wish they'd be open later, but I understand the dynamic of the location all in all its a good service"

"True wait times are as follows 10 minutes = 20-25 minutes 20 minutes = 45 minutes Dont call if youre in a hurry you will waste your time as they always underestimate how long taxi will take."

"TERRIBLE experience with CJ cabs. Driver arrived 25 min late, and caused me to miss my train. The dispatch was rude, and lied to me that the driver was late because of traffic. We experienced no traffic during the ride. The driver was going 20mph + above the speed limit around hairpin turns to try and make up time in a damaged old Buick. Very unsafe!! Upon arriving and finding we had missed the train, I called the dispatch and asked for a discount. She said “you either pay the full fare or we call the cops.” I asked to speak to the owner and she said “No” and hung up the phone. I finally got through to the owner, and he also told me “full fare or answer to the police”, and tried to intimidate me. Terrible crooked people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."

"Tried finding a Lyft & Uber (every single selection offered) for over an hour with no success. We should have called CJ’s an hour ago! “10-15 minutes,” was music to my ears. 100% recommend: staff was friendly and cordial, helpful and honest, and diligent in sending a cab. Very happy with our experience."
