Waterford Place

"I’ve lived here for about 4 months now, and I really love it. The property is very well maintained with beautiful landscaping and the neighbors are extremely nice. My only complaints would be the rude maintenance manager, the broken cable machine at the gym (which I was really looking forward to using :/), and my neighbor upstairs constantly stomping above me. Other than that I’ve had no issues and plan to renew my lease again. The staff is very sweet and the property is always peaceful and quiet. One of the best apartment experiences I’ve had."

"Waterford has by far been the best apartment complex I have lived in. Super responsive to any requests (maintenance, rent questions, ect), great at maintaining the property, the pool and amenities are always nice and clean. I’ve lived here for over 2 years now and have never had any concerns."

"We moved here a year ago not intending to stay,however we are still here and love our apartment. Not only do we love our apartment the people here are so friendly and quiet. Both Drew and Alex are great if they see you with your trash they stop and take it for you. Whatever your need is they are there. Then there is Michelle and Jessica these two are the friendliest and professional managers you could ask for and will do whatever in their control to support your needs and keep the property well maintained. "Waterford place is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! Jessica and Michelle will literally work with you for whatever you need. They know everyone by name and are very kind. The maintenance​ guys are very kind, they are responsive and I feel safe having them in my home. I always feel safe here, they keep the property clean and well taken care of. The rent is reasonable and they are upfront about all the fees. I have lived in 2 apartments here and both times they were very clean, painted, and well taken care of. I have never had an issue with parking, as others have mentioned. I wish I had a place like waterford everywhere I go. I have lived in 4 apartment complexes, and Waterford is as good as it gets!"
