Creekside Apartments

"This is an updated review for 2023-2024… I have lived at Creekside for 2 years now and it has been a great experience because of the staff. I experienced a death in my family and that’s the reason I am moving but, it’s a great place for families and meeting new friends. I have always felt safe because the tenants look out for one another, it’s a quiet complex and maintenance and Melody in the leasing office always took care of whatever I needed in a timely manner. I have lives here for almost a year and the Leasing Management have been amazing !!! Niyelli in the front office has always went above and beyond to ensure my family has a positive experience here, along with the other girls in the office. Michael, the maintenance technician is Johnny on the spot to fix any maintenance issues and that has been key since we have disabilities. Thank you Creekside Apartment Staff!!!!!"

"Do not trust these people. They refuse to pay you back any deposits or fees because they “lose the records”. They have raised rent and the apartments are nasty. The office staff are rude and will only answer emails or calls if they think you are a prospective tenant. There are way better apartments for the cost."

"I would love to give a zero star review. But I don’t recommend moving into these apartments. This lady never responds back. And took our money for the credit checks that she didn’t even do. And charged us for so many extra fees. Our money due on move in day on the lease was completely different then what she said we owed. DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. Very unprofessional management that doesn’t need to be working here."

"Never answer phone calls/emails. Had a set move in date for oct 12th. tried giving a new lease because our unit wouldn’t be ready in time. Changed our unit and upcharged us on new lease a week before move in. In order to contact I had to drive an hour to the office to get any questions answered. Do not recommend these apartments at all!"

"Lived there for two years, rent went up an average of $250 a year, which is ridiculous, they also put water meters in every apartment so you also have to pay your water bill. Apartments are very money hungry, looking for reasons to fine you, management is very unresponsive. If you live here and put down a security deposit they won’t give it back, they’ll just stop answering your calls and emails and act like you never put one down. Used to be good apartments until they got bought out by a new company, don’t believe the 5 star reviews of this place, they pay people to leave 5 star reviews. It’s really a shame to see what these apartments have turned into, way overpriced for what they are and management wants to squeeze all the money out of you they can."
