"Called several gun shops this past Friday looking for a rifle, one of the shops was Cherokee Gun shop in Murphy. The person I talked to was very friendly and helpful, they didn’t have the exact rifle I was looking for but decided since the person I talked to was so helpful I would stop by the next day! I walked in to a very busy small shop but as soon as I walked in I was greeted and told someone would be right with me! Like I said they were busy but was impressed that someone acknowledged that I had walked in and greeted me! A few minutes later Doc asked what he could help with, I explained the rifle I wanted and he showed me an option he had and explained the gun I was looking for was almost impossible to find which I already knew. I ended up purchasing the rifle and he hooked me up with a nice scope and rings. They put on a set of rings and the scope and also bore sighted it! I was thrilled with the alternative rifle from what I originally wanted. I actually like this option much better. Cherokee Gun is a great store with a good variety of guns and accessories! The customer service experience is no less than 10 stars and I would strongly encourage anyone who likes nice firearms and enjoys first class customer service to stop by and see these guys! I will be going back for all of my firearms needs!!"
