"Negative stars if I could. I've been waiting since last year for a place. I've called many times was told they'd send a letter once my number dropped. Yesterday my number was 6 today it's inactive. So I called and was told they sent a letter which I never got and i was told and I would it's my responsibility to receive the letter like WHAT? so now I'm told I have to reapply and wait another year what a waste thank you Morganton housing you have made a mother and child officially homeless merry Christmas"

"They are the worst I been living here for two years I so the first night move in Roach spiders rat can't get anything done and when I call today the woman gave me attitude just cause I ask why my bill went up 150 dollars more when it just me working and I have 4 kids she was rude and didn't care one bit and told me I can move anytime I want and told me I have to come in sign some papers i wouldn't never want people go though the stuff I been though with them"

"Staff are very rude no manners at all! Found roaches in the drains when I first moved in. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!"

"Very rude and combative over the phone and they talk to you like your a child also none of the staff are on the same page they will tell you different things they withhold information if you don't know the right things to ask. I don't recommend to anyone I strongly feel like they need new staff also will charge you for stuff previous tenants damaged that lived in the apartment before you"
