"I am a current resident who recently moved to this community in March. Since the first day my family moved in, I have had nothing but issues with the family above me. Her children throw things from the patio, poured urine and other liquids down to my patio and the downstairs neighbors patio. The kids constantly run across my head, scream and holler so loud it disturbs my sleep. Her son rides a skateboard across my head every day! I've made verbal and written complaints to Ken and to this day nothing is being done. I've called the management company and all I get told is that it's being handled and every time the noise gets worse. How much will they get away with before action is taken? Could someone from the management company please give me a call?"
