"This property is very well maintained. It is a excellent location & the grocery store, medical offices & hospital are not far. Perfect size for one person. Three things they should address. Put a small closet on outside porch end for storage. Put a stackable washer dryer next to dishwasher in kitchen. Dishwasher next to stove. If this were added it would be so perfect. They do have a nice laundry room but inconvenient in inclement weather. The community room is nice. The managers have all been exceptionally nice. The maintenance man did excellent work & always so helpful. My mother lived here for about 20 years. We thought she had the perfect apartment location with a beautiful view of the mountains. We appreciate everything they did to make my mother feel this was her home. You are greatly missed. Highly recommend this apartment community."
