"Sets up showings and doesnt show up. Scheduled 2 showings, first time claimed they were at wrong apt # and second time claims they showed up and called. Sat there an hour each time wasting my time. Called and called and no amswer till over an hour after person supposedly arrivied and left."

"This place is awful , the manager Diana is the worst . Loved there for 9 months always had my money for rent a day before never late . But for some reason me and the manager Diana never got along . I had mold in my house for 3 weeks and they came and shut my ac off the same time the mold started to appear due to moisture in the vents and leakage . There were puddles of water coming from the ac unit I have pics of both that and the mold . They came a day before district came to inspection and cleaned the mold with bleach . Still mold on my floors . District came and the lady Ceceilia Chandler is supposed the boss of the organization sweared there was mold on the floor I have a picture the day they left of the floor being heavily damaged. Leading up to my vacation that I took , was gone a week and if you lived there you know they do inspections 2 times a month . Well they did three for us that month and the 2nd one everything was fine . The 3rd one was unexpected and the gave us a note saying we were to leave the house within some many days . But they filed that while we was on vacation and both inspections was while we were on vacation so how can I fix a problem when I’m not there . Also I have animals that are registered esa but for some reason moving in she never told us no animals were allowed. Here’s a list of things that were never fixed while we lived there .. the back door leading out of the house trim was messed up and leaked underneath so the floors would be soaked with rain water , the washer was temporarily fixed for a month straight, there’s a crack in the ceiling going into the master bed room . The mold , where the dishwasher is the outlet cover doesn’t have an anti seal so if water were to come in contact it would not affect it , in our case we didn’t have the protection . The constant in and out of our apartment for mold and ac unit fix during the middle of summer 90+ degrees outside with animals all panting . All in all for the price is a okay place to start but with all the turn around ma it was not worth my sanity or time to deal with poor attitudes and lack of patience or lack of respect for tenants."

"I have not been there yet but I am hoping to be a future resident here. I don't know what the wait time is and she said I could not do it online which makes it so much harder to apply but I am still trying to be hopeful."
