"I just moved here not long ago. Our place is nice and was very clean and ready for move in. Anything my family and I have needed has been addressed immediately and taken care of within a few days. I do know new management hasn't been here long, but the lady in the office is Amazing and seems to truly care about her tenants! I am so glad we moved here, we have been welcomed and feel so at home!"
"Delivery driver here. Management needs to properly label all entrances with apartment numbers, not only to prevent residents from receiving a soggy pizza box on a rainy day, but God forbid the cops or emergency services need to find a specific apartment quickly in an emergency."
"It's against the law to sue hud . I wouldn't live here . They left my floor crumbled for 3 years . My apartment got repairs before hud inspected it , and the repairs ended up making the maintenance team come by 50 times in 3 months . They never fixed the floor or would let me get a different apartment . I'm kind of glad I moved here though . I never realized people were hurt and had to get up and do something . Thanks ."
