"Mr. Glen Stanley had been very helpful to me when I complained about one of his agents Mr. Andrew Taylor who accepted a listing from a marital property undergoing separation in NC. My counsel had been waiting for the right time for equitable distribution and found out that the house was listed for sale (currently off market now), unfortunately without my knowledge. I tried reaching out to Mr. Taylor who is apparently a friend of my separated husband’s family and was told that he just “went by what he was told.” They claimed that my signature was not forged and only my separated husband’s signature was in the document. As someone who’s friends with my separated husband’s family, it is hard to believe not knowing the current situation with property division etc… And as an agent and in Real Estate business, it is their duty to make sure to follow SOP with documents especially when married. I have messaged and called Mr. Taylor asking politely for a copy of these documents but he refused and blocked me. I humbly ask Total Real Estate LLC to be professional with case before I go through legal action. Thank you."
