"My Kia threw an engine code that required a dealer to service all while camping in nearby Allegany. I'm two hours from home, this is the closest dealer. Told customer service of my situation. The reply, "I don't have any appointments for even oil changes for two weeks out. You can tow it here, but don't call me up in 10 days wondering why I haven't looked at your car." -- While I appreciate the honesty upfront (the reason for two stars instead of one)... The inability for what I would constitute a more emergency situation (an undrivable vehicle in limp mode) to be looked at in a few days is not acceptable. Paid an expensive tow to have it towed back to a Rochester dealer. Vehicle repaired in two days. (They too were booking out a while, but had emergency slots for situations like this... Something Paul Brown Kia in Olean did not)"
