"This is the worst place to live. They dont fix anything. We had a leak and was without water for 4 months. Finally fixed half and still no water supply in kitchen area. Left the holes in the wall never patched them up. It was about 10 holes from kitchen to bedroom to the bathroom. There's was mold everywhere in Utility room. I refused to pay the rent until they fixed the things I stated but they didn't so they evicted me. Landlords are slumlords."

"Campers and ultra ultraviolet lights golf clubs and bikes boo the back apartments by the ultraviolet lights are people that aren't from here at all they have come to take what they can if your parents or grandparents aren't married or are still alive you're safe."

"Absolutely disgusting apartments. My husband and I tolerated living there for a year and the whole time we had to deal with our building being infested with roaches. I asked for them to hire an exterminator, but all that was done was the maintenance man sprayed his own homemade bug repellent which smelled like diesel fuel and didn'twork at all. My husband's truck was also tampered with. Cops were there almost every day. And at the time we were living there there was a registered sex offender living in one of the other buildings. I never felt safe. I would highly recommend not living there."

"Lower level Apts. flood at different times, causing destruction of tenants property. Mgmt. doesn't replace! If you live here, you need Renters Insurance! Maintainence is slow. In lower level, there's one door and one window to escape in case of fire or emergency!"
