"I had purchased a bike at a nearby Goodwill store and was looking for a bike shop to refurbish a pretty rough looking bike with two flat tire and stuck chain. I found their website and called them to get some information and talked to Matt. He was very knowledgeable and friendly on the phone and invited me to bring the bike in. I did and he was just as knowledgeable and friendly in person as he answered my questions and walked me through what they could do and provided an estimate. The level 3 service worked a miracle on the bike! It looks like a new bike - within a week it was completed. I am very proud of the bike and very thankful to Matt and the staff at Crossroads Cycling in Statesville. I highly recommend Crossroads Cycling and they will be my go-to bike shop for all my cycling needs - they did a great job!"

"I spent a lot of time researching the bike I wanted before finding the Marlin 6 Gen 2 size small at Crossroads Cycling Co. in Statesville, NC. I had test-ridden two other Treks before driving to Statesville, but hadn't actually ridden a Marlin 6 size small. David suspected right away that I had chosen a bike that I wouldn't be happy with and suggested I test ride it and medium Marlin 5 Gen 2 that was also in stock.
