"I have been dealing with this shop for a year and I am out of state. This business is able to ship parts that I need anywhere in the US and can get all the Icon goodies I request. Tim and his crew might be busy but they will work to get you right. Tim and his wife even helped me with my motorcycle helmet communications. This business and its owners went above and beyond for me. They support veterans!"
"These guys are great. I thought my clutch went on my motorcycle. They got me in that same day I called, without a appointment or ever being a customer! Not only did they fix it, but it ended up being a simple adjustment and didn't even charge me!! Will be going back and highly recommend."
"The prices are average, The work is good. The time frames when they say stuff will be done is never accurate. I will use them again"
"Was very helpful as well as kind I have bought a 2022 Polaris Ranger premium from them love my new toy side by side"
"I own a 2004 Yamaha YZF-R6 that I brought to Champion Powersports on 4/29/20 for diagnosis and repair of low compression across all four cylinders. My initial conversation with the owner suggested two days for diagnostics, and an estimated two weeks total turnaround time. 05/30/20 is when diagnostics were completed and I was informed that I would need a replacement motor, or a motor rebuild. I chose to replace the motor and have Champion Powersports do the work. 6/12/20 is when I picked my bike up from the business, as it was completed and ready for pickup late evening on 6/11/20. Over the next several days, there were multiple issues that arose on their own, or were discovered by myself as I began to dig through my bike looking for inconsistencies. Below, you will find a complete list of every issue that I found, some of which could have caused damage to the bike, or even personal injury. 1) Coolant Reservoir, Radiator Overflow Hose and Fuel Overflow Hose not installed. 2) Engine Switch wiring improperly routed; restricted turning handlebars completely to the right. 3) Fairing Pieces installed on bike at time of drop off not reinstalled during reassembly. 4) Throttle Bodies not seated properly; disconnected during a ride causing poor performance. 5) Throttle Body Boot Clamps barely more than hand-tightened; caused Issue #4. 6) Two of four Ignition Coils not fully seated to top of cylinder. 7) Found that one Ignition Coil had electrical tape wrapped around it; was not my doing. When contacted, the owner of Champion Powersports was quick to dismiss the issues, claiming they (Champion Powersports) were not at fault, down-playing the severity of an issue to make it seem like it isn't a big deal, passing blame onto his assistant and actually admitting professional negligence by allowing an amateur mechanic to work unsupervised on a customer's bike when the job was more technical than he could handle... For my trouble and inconvenience, a $100 Gift Certificate to Champion Powersports was offered to me, which I declined. A $100 refund via PayPal off of my bill was then offered, which I accepted. This refund is the only reason that this review is two stars instead of one; because the owner apologized and attempted to do the right thing. That said, I feel this review is necessary. As a consumer who doesn't want what happened to me, to happen to anyone else, I feel obligated to share my experience. I cannot in good conscience recommend Champion Powersports."
