"I rented a u hual from this location and was told I had insurance but when I looked at my paperwork I didnt have it. I was rushed in signing my paperwork and didnt have the time to read it over. I went back inside to double check that i did have the insurance I wanted and they told me I had paid for it despite it not being on my rental agreement. I called later to try and add the insurance but they told me they could not add it, despite the fact that I had been told i already had it. I am very disappointed in the customer service at this location and would not reccomend it to my worst enemy."
