"Took my car to get inspected and it failed. After buying the parts I was told I needed, it was determined by another mechanic that Taylor, the mechanic that failed my car, has no idea what he's talking about. Taylor told me I need hundreds of dollars in parts when in fact I did not. I believe that he was trying to get extra unnecessary work from me. A former employee had told me that they do this to you if you're a woman or someone that doesn't know cars that well. I DO NOT reccomend Car Factory for anything. Take your car for a second opinion, I guarantee you won't need everything they say you do. As a matter of fact, don't take your vehicle there at all."
