"*UPDATE BELOW!****** Stay away from Parrish. Complete swindlers. They will do anything to keep your money. Even if it means accusing you of damage from previous renters! They can't keep records straight. Have no concept of running a business, and argue like children. They're pitiful. Go to ANYONE else in town. *notice her argument below* Continued argument in attempt to seem innocent. Sad. They're criminals. My apartment was filthy and damaged when I moved into it. I had to provide proof to them when i moved out so that I wasn't charged my full deposit because they lost my checklist! Even admitted to losing it. Did i have it professionally cleaned ? NO! Because I'm not paying a single dime to have it professionally cleaned when they left it moldy and disgusting before i moved in. They charged me for cleaning, but did not charge the previous tenant. Criminals. They treat everyone very differently. You've been warned.
