"During my two year stint in Winston-Salem, I was lucky enough to find a spot that felt truly like home. Although I have lived in many apartment complexes, I can honestly say that this is the best by far. The apartment amenities and location are high quality. It is a short walk to Truist stadium if you want to watch some baseball games, and it’s a close 5-10 minute drive downtown. More importantly, the staff there are some of the most kind/awesome people out there. From the front desk all the way to maintenance, everyone wholeheartedly cares for your well being. If I ever move to another apartment complex, this will be the standard I look for. The bar is set very high. Thank you Link!"

"We loved our time at Link Apartments, largely because of the office and maintenance staff. Everyone is so friendly and attentive and will go above and beyond to ensure your comfort in your home. We did have to move within the apartment community due to exterior construction/repairs but the management was very thoughtful to ensure we could still live and carry on in our lives as normally as possible, before we changed units. As long as the management team is the same, I strongly recommend this community!"

"I can go on and on about how professional, and personal, the relationship that Lauren and Sam establishes with each resident. The building is under renovation, and the part of the building I was renting would soon be affected, Lauren and Sam hit it out of the park with me by upgrading and moving me to a new apartment in the building. Bigger and better. Those two are super amazing. If you are looking for somewhere to call home in downtown Winston-Salem, Nc, Link Apartments Brookstown is the place to do it. They will take care of you."

"I went to visit this complex and its super nice. They have a pool and package lockers with a refrigerator locker for things like hello fresh. The places seem very quiet. The community room is great and you can rent it out for events. The rent is affordable for the finishes and amenities. I like Winston-Salem but not alot of places have stainless steel and other great finishes."

"We have absolutely loved this place since the day we moved in.The pool/fire pit area is great, we use all of the amenities and never had any issues. Parking garage with key fob makes us feel secure. We have a studio on the 6th floor and it is great for a single or couple. The layout of the S1 works well as you can easily fit a counter height table and use for extra kitchen space/island. We have called for maintenance twice and both times they were at our apartment within 24 hours to fix the minor issue. We have lived here for 8 months and haven't heard any neighbors yet. The only noise you may hear is from people walking in the hallways during the day however it is typically not audible. Our view of the basball stadium is unmatched! We can watch the entire game from the living area and the Friday evening post game fireworks are incredible! We highly recommend this apartment building to anyone in the area."
