"I reached out to Jeremy in the morning and asked him if I could swing by for a quick inspection. He was very prompt with an answer and provided a swift inspection to get me on my way. He also said that he services Triumph motorcycles which are not common in the area. Very clean and organized shop, he’s been in the business since ‘07 for a good reason."

"If you need good work done on your motorcycle or auto quickly, Triangle Auto & Cycle is a good place to go. However if you are looking for good customer service, look somewhere else. I went in for new tires and a full fluid flush on my ‘98 Suzuki Intruder motorcycle in preparation to sell later this month. I provided all parts and most fluids for the job. Jeremy initially quoted me $900 for the job, so I gave him the green light to proceed as long as he kept a detailed invoice. I wish I had asked to see his estimate before he began the work. He failed to produce an invoice until after the work had been completed (mostly) and after the agreed pick-up time. He also failed to include the NC Inspection report I ordered at the time of pickup. Even when we agreed on a time for me to swing by his shop again, after I had already collected the bike to collect the the invoice and inspection report, he did not show. When I did finally receive the invoice, I saw that he had billed me for almost 1.5x the labor costs of other shops, and when confronted, became angry and demeaning. Jeremy ultimately admitted that he completed the maintenance in about half the time for which he billed me, and even that he hadn’t been successful in completing a brake line replacement, yet I was being billed for it. Overall it was a very stressful and costly experience, and I will not be returning and do not recommend this shop to anyone else."

Before finding Triangle Auto and Cycle repair I always seemed to end up having to take my car right back to the mechanic as it wasn't fixed. Now that I found Jeremy I'll never use another mechanic, because I know I will never get a call to pickup my car unless it's fixed. He's been a mechanic for years and really knows what he is doing. Quick, honest, reasonably priced and reliable!!!"
