"Found the Hunter Banks website from a google search, they have a ton of fishing information on their site about fishing around Asheville. So, I gave a call to discuss a possible full day guided wade trip. The person on the phone was great to deal with and very knowledgable, I explained to him that my wife will be with me and she hasn't fished that often. He explained to me that is their favorite type of angler. So I booked the trip. Two days before the trip Jimmy (our guide) called to discuss the trip. The morning of we met Jimmy at HB to get set up and buy fishing licenses. We then headed to to our fishing spot in the beautiful Great Smokey Mountains. Not only was the scenery beautiful, but what an awesome day of fishing, we caught Rainbows, Brookies, Browns. We caught them on Dry flies and Nymphs. Jimmy is a great guide and he took the time to help my wife on her first full day of Fly Fishing. He is extremely knowledgeable about fishing and the area. he helped us out with a few spots if we wanted to fishing the rest of the week. I wish I lived closer to Hunter Banks Fly shop, it's a great place with awesome people to deal with. If you're coming to the area, do yourself a favor and see these guys."
