"I have been living at Townhomes at Little Creek formerly Johnsborough Court since 2014 and I can honestly say since Carlisle Residential has taken over things have been better then ever. This property was built in the 60s and had many outdated features and Carlisle is taking every step they can to give us a more modernized look and feel to our homes. They have also updated our outdoor surrounding area and amenities as well to keep up with the competing area. Our owners and management make sure we have plenty of engaging activities to stay connected with our community. Alicia our community manager is AMAZING! She works hard to make sure all of our needs are taken care of. I have been through many managers and she is one I can truly say cares about her residents. She is always just one phone call and or email away. Our maintenance team is great as well! They are prompt and very efficient when it comes to the caring of our homes. Change is inevitable and can of course come with growing pains, but the changes that have been made here for sure outweigh any bad. This is a great community to live in!"
