"Ive had a great experience living here for the past 8 months! From the beginning to the end the office has been nothing less than attentive and helpful to the fullest. During my stay I have witnessed pest control spraying outside premises, weekly yard work, and even power cleaning of our concrete. Parking is always available. I recommend a unit with washer/dryer included such as I did! I have no complaints to make regarding noise and Im comfortable in the privacy of nature around me. I love that the grocery store is conveniently across the street and the gas station a block away. The city around is lively and friendly. Overall would highly recommend anyone interested in living here to come live here! Im apartment 1302 and it is now available!! Give the office a call and scoop up my unit! The neighbors are the best because its like they dont exist! lol its on the bottom floor and private away from everyone else yet conveniently close to the mail room/pool lounging area/ect. "crazy kids yelling at 5am most likely on drugs cops are here 24/7 because of nonsense like this. Dryers in the laundry room don't work (will take your money that's for sure) pool still closed its been months they charge you a pest control fee but never even spray. doesn't matter if your clean or not you will still have roaches. Falsely advertising (literally a lawsuit) will definitely be my last year here Pool is still closed :( hopefully it opens before summer ends..."

"I wish I could rate this place a 0 out of 5 they don’t even deserve 1 star. I moved in November 2020 by the summer of 2021 I went the whole summer no working ac. They ended up replacing the unit by October 2021. they waved one fee no other compensation. From my apartment being hot it caused mold to form throughout my apartment, they would come and spray it from time to time but stopped. Also, the apartments under me (I stayed on the 3rd floor) would constantly flood due to the pipe in my wall from my sinK not being connected.. so it was a pipe with a piece missing causing everyone under me to have to evacuate from flooding. Both apartments molded and those tenants moved out.. they did not fix them they just moved ppl in and painted over it smh.. My breaking point was my roof. I went 6 months with my roof worsening. When I moved in I saw it was a bulge by my fireplace so I constantly would tell them “hey I think something is wrong with my roof” they would come and say it was related to the fireplace at first.. these past 8 months it just worsened to the point where spots started appearing when it rained heavy. Maintenance would come and say they didn’t have the money to fix it yet they installed a Tesla station and not ONE tenant over there has a Tesla smh.. I finally told them if my roof isn’t fixed after these past few months of hard rain I’m not paying my rent. Despite the issues I had NEVER been late. They sent me a eviction letter on the 6th ignored my work order request and told me I had a month to vacate if I didn’t pay. I moved out to a much better community (Clemmons Trace). I went from paying 850 to 1100 with no repairs no upgrades. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I now live in a townhome with much more space for the same price and it’s actually worth it. I have audio from maintenance saying they can’t fix it due to management, worst place to live . I had good neighbors in my building towards the end but even that was rough, there was a shootout by my daughters window (domestic violence) there was always a fight last summer so I’m also happy I don’t have to deal with that. Loud music from parties. This is not a family neighborhood. Do not move here"

"Not even worth 900$ /Mo!!. My son and I had an emergency move 1¹/² yrs back. We always paid on time and left according to lease agreement. Unfortunately this is all we could find on short notice. They charged 1150$ for a nasty apartment that had a permanent cigarette stinch that wouldn't go away the whole year, even after they treated. On top of it, I had to steam clean the carpet several times (before) we moved in. The carpet water was black. Also had to clean the whole apartment due to their disgusting cleaning standards. It was filthy. This place is literally falling apart. The cabinets are tilting really bad. Concrete is coming apart. The building is leaning. They can't seem to afford to clean any of the entrances. Even though they steal people's money every month. If you decide to risk your family's life at this place, please get insurance. They took it upon themselves to steal 26$ from my security deposit even after I left the place better than I found it. It's cool though, they need it more than I do. It's my charity contribution considering they can't afford to fix anything. Didn't even have the spine to let me know why they stole my 26$. The miserable and rude lady at front desk also has horrible customer service experience. If you don't like your job, nobody's holding you hostage... In many ways, I'm so glad we moved out, we're exponentially much happier away from that garbage can. Don't say I didn't warn you."

"I got a nice renovated apartment. No issues here because I am clean and pick up after myself. Never had any issues with management because I treat them with respect. Great value for an affordable apartment!"
