"I literally just started my lease today and at 11:30pm I haven't even had a chance to move into my apartment because the leasing office has been locked even though it says it's supposed to be open at 8:30am no one is picking up the phone, nobody's answering my emails, I wasn't even sent a copy of my lease yet."

"This place is terrible! From the gate never working, the pool never open, and not to mention the apartment itself. The bad creeping from upstairs, always a leak or something. My bathroom has had mold in it for the longest and management swears it’s mildew and have yet done anything about , even after mentioning one of us getting sick. Idk what it is going to take , really thinking about taking this up to the higher ups."

"READ THIS ok so i rented a lease here under hunt club reality, this was my first place and i was excited. But through the year of living here I’ve been met with absolutely terrible management, wether that be there office is locked all day and don’t respond to constant knocking over an emergency, or straight lies coming from them by that I mean before I had signed my lease they promised the pool would be functional at the beginning of the season, well the season comes around and I reach out to them to see what the hell was up, but all I was met with there was complaints from there side saying they couldn’t afford it. The buildings have massive bugs coming from inside the walls and cracks in kitchen and they dare charge a pest fee, I have never seen a company here to treat the property. Oh also there’s been more swat teams busting in doors then calls back from this terrible leasing management. I warn you, this neighborhood looks nice but if it was nice then why can I click random buttons to enter this “gated community”"

"I work with a lot of properties in the Greensboro/Winston-Salem area as a service provider for office technology and I recently had the privilege of working with Angel Nichols as the new property manager fro Hunt Club Apartments. I also work with several of the other properties under new management by Glendale Development and let me just say that while Hunt Club has had some challenges in the past, they have definitely turned a corner with this new management. Under this new management, there has been a night and day difference in the level of customer service. This is mostly due to Angel Nichols. She is kind and attentive and I would highly recommend renting from her at Hunt Club. She is truly going the extra mile to right the ship and provide a warm, inviting place to live. Keep up the good work Angel."
