"We've lived here for 6 months so far and we love it so much we've already resigned our lease for another year! The leasing office staff is awesome, especially Ashley! I think we have worked with Ashley every time we've had to go in the office, all the way from when we first toured the unit to becoming longtime residents, and we're always blown away by her positive attitude and the sense of community that she fosters. Not only that, but the maintenance staff is awesome! Chase literally worked on a small issue with the outlets when we moved in all day until it was fixed. We love it here and we know you will too!"

"I enjoyed living at Crowne Park for 3 years. It was pleasant and well kept! The staff was professional and courteous and friendly especially Ashley Foster. She was always very helpful and took care of business promptly. The maintenance staff Jon and Chase were always quick to respond and make any repairs. The ground crew did a great job keeping things neat and tidy! Overall exceptional!! I highly recommend Crowne Park!"

"I have lived at Crowne Park for 9 years. I couldn’t be happier. Ashley Foster is by far the best director ever. Her present office staff is super friendly and quick to respond to any concern. Maintenance guys solve any problem that arises very quickly. Everyone is friendly, wether they be grad student, working adult or retired. I would recommend Crowne Park to anyone looking for a great place to live"

"This place has it ALL!!! Front door that locks, carpet, balcony with rails so you don’t fall off, and even indoor plumbing! A pool that’s open year round so you can swim in sub-prime temperatures. A parking lot that has enough spaces for you to park your very own car. Garages on site if you drive a nice fancy car that doesn’t like to get wet, or maybe you want to play in a band and need a place to practice. Walking paths that are clean with trees, leaves, and local wildlife including snipes, jackalope, and deer that don’t care what kind of pants you’re wearing. Honestly quiet where my apartment is located. Only the sounds of chirping birds and squirrels getting it on. Did I mention indoor plumbing??!!!! All seriousness, the maintenance is awesome. Property manager could use a replacement."

"I lived in this community for a while and it’s a great community and place to live if you don’t mind living near college students. The only issue I have had has been with the new Community Director, Ashley Foster. She is VERY rude, insensitive, and displays tremendous micro-aggressions and unprofessionalism towards residents and Crowne Park staff. Ashley has NOT created an inclusive environment for all residents AND staff. She has instead brought her personal views and lived experiences as an individual of of a privileged class to lead the community with bigotry, racism, bullying, and incivility. I would give this location 0 stars due to Ashley’s poor leadership quality if it was possible. But Crowne Park as a whole (excluding the current Community Director) is a great to live so 10/10 for the community 0/10 for the bullying I experienced from Ashley Foster."
