"This is a very nice apt building and community to live in. I'm living here with a friend to help her . The management and maintenance here do a Vantastic job maintaining the property . The apts here if they were in the City of Winston Salem would be $ 15,000 or higher a month . These apts range between $ 400 to about $ 700 a month."
