"Just booked a load with Derrick Johnson , from PA to OK with 2 drops, first he offered me $1800 , i asked for atleast $1900 cause we pay extra money to our drivers for multistops and multipicks. He wasnt able to go higher than the $1800 but i got an approval from my manager to pay out of our own pocket to the driver. I got the rate con , they even put my driver on Macropoint , and 15 minutes later i got a call from Lisa who is the manager and she told me that she felt they overpaid and told me the are gonna cancel the load cause she felt like it. That doesnt make any sence, offering someone money and then changing your mind cause you felt like it. Totally unprofessionall. Never working with them again I would suggest the same thing to every carrier"
