"Haven’t owned a bow in about 15 years so I went in blind. The guys were super helpful and friendly. The tech showed me several bows ranging from the cheapest to the most expensive and let me work through what I felt was best for me while offering advice and answering any questions I had. He didn’t push me toward any particular brand and even guided me on what would be best for me to spend my money on as far as accessories go right out of the gate vs what I could save for to buy later after I’ve shot the bow for awhile. It was overall an excellent customer service experience and coming from someone who has worked customer service rolls for 8 years I couldn’t have asked for much better."

"Cool group of guys. Went in to buy my first bow. I knew nothing about archery other than what I read online. They took the time to help me select the my and accessories. Surprisingly they didn't try to up sell me on any items, but simply let me talk myself though what I needed (with their guidance of course). I was somewhat anxious about purchasing my first bow because of reviews I had read about other archery shops and the distain they seemed to show those new to the hobby, however, I can say I felt none of that here and can recommend H&S to anyone, especially to those new to archery."
