"Exceptional From Troy & service department: my Equinox wouldn’t start Friday 4:00 in the parking lot near Jessica’s : called Troy “ he advised me to get the car jumped and bring it in “ . A Nice Gentleman assisted me and I brought the Equinox over . Within in an hour I was leaving : New Battery installed …….Love Troy & the Service Dept… always a great experience ….Now my unhappiness: Though I am mad that you are not honoring my free oil changes from purchasing the Equinox or the letter I received that you will get me in a new vehicle for my payments : that’s great because I have no payments I’ll take a red corvette free !!!!! Do your research before sending out letters and you should stand up and honor agreements: I most probably will not purchase from Jessica’s when a new vehicle is needed ….."
