Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"Stopped in for oil change, I had a low tire pressure light on when I came in,I have a tire with a slow leak. When service was completed I asked manager if tires were checked and inflated to 32psi, even though I never saw them do this service. So when they were done the low tire pressure light was on so I stopped at the Mobil up the road and checked tire pressure with my gauge and sure enough the tire had 25psi in it so I inflated it and light turned off. So manager was dishonest, I wonder how many other things I was charged for that weren't done since you really can't see sitting in your car. I'll never come back."

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE OR TO ANY VALVOLINE !!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY is an understatement had my oil changed here and they needless to say they never placed the oil plug in correctly causing a slow leak of the oil. Then end with the plug officially fall out and causing damage to my engine. THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU ON GETTING IT REPAIRED . They will give you every excuse in the book. They even took my name out of the system at the shop making it look like I was not even a customer there. DISCUSSING AND HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO. JUST ANY FYI TO DATE IT BEEN ALMOST 3 MONTHS OF FIGHTING AND STILL NOTHING.!!!!!! 3 MONTHS OF NO CAR !!!! THEY DONT CARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE A JOKE !!!!!!!! If I could of given a 0 star rating I could of given a 0 star rating they would have gotten that they are the get one star. Back to to square one with the car they caused issues with I'm just gonna blast them and have new company come do an investigation on them !!!!¡!"
