"I had a car to pick up after repair at the last minute right before closing. The plate number wasn't properly secured, but the technician got right away to fix it in a few minutes. Overall, it's one of the best places to get your car fixed. Repair speed 5/5 Got my car fixed in 2 weeks. Communication 5/5 Technician and representative were respectful and welcoming to me and answered my questions and kept me on track when car will get fixed."

"This specific Crash Champions shop did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. They got parts ordered immediately and fixed up the car in just 2 days after getting all parts. I was moving out of state and let them know I need it done quick and they did it exactly by the date I requested, complete professionals! Highly recommend this repair shop! Another note, I did originally get my car towed through Crash Champions, but that goes through the Crash Champions corporate chain stuff and not directly through the shop. They took too long to get a tow so I got AAA to tow it for me within a couple hours of calling. Don't get a tow from Crash Champions, but this West Henrietta shop did a great job with repairs so seek outside towing to here."
