They estimated my vehicle would be done this week, but they finished much sooner than expected. This made my rental expense significantly lower!"

"Poor experience overall. Long time for parts, no weekly updates, no returning calls, very poor communication. I would choose another location over this one. UPDATE: Literally a few hours after I posted this review they miraculously have all the parts needed to fix my car after telling me for months on end it would be another year wait time. So if you want something done just leave a bad google review."

"I’ve used Gerber several times over the last few years. Amazing workmanship and technical service. Would recommend them to any and everybody for this alone. However, lately, their customer communication is lacking. When they promise to send text updates, I expect text updates. A week into the vehicle being in the shop, Gerber promises scheduled updates. Not an excuse as to why they did not or could not follow through on it. Being told over the phone, “We are too busy” is not conducive to customer confidence. Disappointed in the lack of communication because it once was fantastic. Always ecstatic over the work the garage does on the vehicle itself."

"I have had a really great experience with Gerber in the past (Ontario, NY location) which is why I'm not giving the entire company a 1 or 2 star rating. But at this location I received a ridiculous estimate for a repair to my truck's rear bumper -- essentially a sand/fill/prime & paint job. The estimator insists they needed to REPLACE the entire bumper...that the steel (yes 'steel') can not just be repaired as I suggested above. Took it to another reputable shop and got an estimate for 25% of Gerber's estimate to fix, not replace. Why do I care if I surance is paying for it? Because they are not. It's an 10yo truck and a non-insurance transaction, paid for by a responsible young lady who damaged it while parking next to my truck and stayed there until I came out if the store to take responsibility. I have no desire to make her pay $1600 to replace it, when I can get a quality repair for $400. Less than my insurance premium deductible."
