"Yesterday my truck quit airing up my air tanks. Glenn the mechanic showed up checked things out and went to work...it was cold and snowing...he worked on the different airlines from the air dryer to the trailer, the air compressor to the air dryer and cleared all the airlines in the end it was determined that the air compressor although pumping air was not able to pump enough to bring up the pressure. Watching him wiggle in and out from under the truck and work in such tight quarters and keep at it no matter how difficult the circumstances was amazing. He knows his stuff and kept up a dialogue explaining what he was doing. A lot of the work had to be done without gloves and he would warm his hands a little bit and have back at it. He arranged for a tow truck and would have lined up a motel if I needed one. A new air compressor is on it's way.and his shop will finish it up. A Great Job...the People here at the shop are very nice...and Jim's Towing who bought my truck here are also very nice....Very Satisfied with the whole experience."
