"It is a good place to live if you do not need maintenance done in your flats. The maintenance people are lazy and do not try very hard to make their work presentable. It is better to just fix everything yourself. At least you know it will be done right and on time. On the other hand, the office manager is a very nice person."
"Would be better if they actually enforced the rules they have in place for the tenants instead of just letting people get away with having dogs when it's clear in the rules that new tenants aren't allowed to have them."
